So why are my workshops standout experiences?

Too many burnout commentators offer glib, unhelpful 'tips' like increasing self care, taking holidays or finding that mystical state called 'work-life balance'.

If it was that easy, there'd be no burnout.

The truth is that there are subtle, yet powerful barriers to developing and sustaining healthy styles of living and working.

My approach to stopping burnout is to help people compassionately address those barriers to free themselves from mindsets and habits that keep them stuck and suffering.

This isn't therapy, just a deeper examination of those blocks that invites people to move past them for greater energy, presence and career success.

I mean, who is Toni Knight???

I trained at the Universities of Newcastle and Wollongong as a psychologist, about 100 years ago. Since then I have helped thousands of people, as a psychotherapist and trainer, to live meaningful, more satisfying lives, centred in their values.

I started teaching and supporting people to stop burnout in 2016, because business leaders reached out to me for effective, sustainable strategies.

I then developed and refined my own model to stop burnout and built a system which is evidence-based and has been highly effective for many high-achieving professionals.

It's my mission to help compassionate professionals to thrive in their important work. Goodness knows, we need them!
